Our transaction focus is on companies with annual revenues from $5 million up to $100 million as well as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of up to $20 million. Our team members have completed multiple transactions across different industries in North America, Central America and Europe.

In advising companies on an mergers and acquisitions, we evaluate possible targets, produce valuation analyses, and explore financial and strategic alternatives. We assist management teams in their evaluation process as they explore key transaction and strategic decisions.
